We are the only company that offers multiple launch and pick up points on the Weeki Wachee River. You can choose to launch at the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park kayak ramp and land at our private ramp or launch from our location and paddle to the Head Spring and then coast back down the river. We also offer special events such as races, manatee tours and guided tours.
Our goal at Weeki Wachee Kayaking is to provide you with the best possible experience on the river. Manatee are seen year round on the river but are seen in larger numbers during the colder months of the year when the Gulf temperature is colder than the springs. The springs are a constant 74 degrees and during the winter months the manatee move into the rivers seeking warmer water. Please read our Important Info page for an extensive variety of information about the river and wildlife. You can view the manatee from the comforts of your kayak or canoe.
Whether you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing paddling excursion, want to paddle to the head spring, or spend the day seeing manatee, Weeki Wachee Kayaking will make sure you have a memorable day (or night) on the river. We have hosted guests from all over the world, some more times than once! Please allow us the opportunity to host you as our guest.
